Have you ever had a panic attack?

What do you do to get over them?
I've had them since I was 9, however they've been getting increasingly worse. I don't want to go to work or to social gatherings. I don't want to leave my home.
I constantly feel out of breath or like something is wrong with my heart. I feel sick and tired and want to cry a lot.
If you have or know anyone who has a panic/anxiety disorder, it's a VERY hard thing to cope with.
How do you cope?

Have any of you made slime?

My little sister is like
OBSESSED
with the people on Instagram making all kinds of scented and different textured slime. She wants to make her own and sell it online.
So as a gift to her, we went to the craft store and I bought a bunch of stuff for her to make some.
And there's apparently something called floam and fishbowl slime?? Apparently you put beads or something in it and it makes it crunchy or something. Well hers isn't crunchy and she's super bummed so I'm wondering if any of you have ever tried to make whatever the hell that is lol
