What do you do to get over them?
I've had them since I was 9, however they've been getting increasingly worse. I don't want to go to work or to social gatherings. I don't want to leave my home.
I constantly feel out of breath or like something is wrong with my heart. I feel sick and tired and want to cry a lot.
If you have or know anyone who has a panic/anxiety disorder, it's a VERY hard thing to cope with.
How do you cope?
